Tenant Claims Current Lease Isn't Appropriate

Postby Denten » Sun Feb 09, 2014 8:25 am

I'm controlling one home in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma to get a buddy of the household and nowadays one of the tenants explained within the telephone the rent isn't legitimate since I'm not a genuine estate professional. (1) Is this tenant's statement invalid and (2) may I have the tenants evicted for (3) a dangerous tone fond of me within the telephone regarding sewage repair and/or (4) evicted for producing such a spoken statement the rent isn't legitimate. Thanks.

Tenant Says Existing Lease Is Not Valid

Postby Howie » Fri Feb 14, 2014 5:15 pm

Do you always think what somebody tells you? Why were you speaking with him/her anyhow? Are they behind in the rent?IMO, I'd consider the rental to an attorney in your town and discover if you can begin the eviction process.Iam recommending an attorney because you do not seem too certain of something and an eviction needs to be managed correctly."not legitimate because I'm not a real estate professional." Does he suggest have a real estate license and if why does he genuinely believe that concerns?(1) Is this tenant's declaration invalid and (could it be?)(2) can I've the tenants evicted for (perhaps, are they behind within their rent? (3) a dangerous tone fond of me within the telephone regarding sewage repair and/or (have you been joking?)(4) evicted to make this type of spoken declaration the rent isn't legitimate. "I do want to state, please go visit a lawyer and become knowledgeable regarding being fully a LL or home."

Thanks for your response. Replies from other people were package with attitudes that were not helpful. To "brooklynbabe" I am already familiar with contacting attorneys thank you (no thanks actually). I see no benefit from trying to use this message board.

"Is this tenant's declaration invalid..."we can not probably know the clear answer to this. We have not seen the rent and/or any property management contract between you and your loved ones friend. "... May I have the tenants evicted for (3) a dangerous tone fond of me within the telephone regarding sewage repair and/or (4) evicted for producing this type of spoken declaration the rent isn't valid."Please tell me you are joking. No.You need certainly to study on okay landlord-tenant regulations or obtain the family friend to approve one to invest money having an area property lawyer describe them to you.

"among the tenants explained within the telephone the rent isn't appropriate since I'm not a genuine estate professional. (1) is that this tenant's declaration invalid"depends upon state-law. A situation might demand home administrators with particular faculties to truly have a permit. Insufficient a permit MAY invalidate a lease. However, the standard rule is that an individual can have a realtor cope with his home, and join him to contracts."(2) can I've the tenants evicted for (3) a dangerous tone fond of me within the telephone regarding sewage repair"No."(4) evicted for producing this type of spoken declaration that the lease isn't valid."No.
