The best WAY to get my gurdian ship or emancimated?

i am 17 years old i have been living with my boyfriend for a year now he is 25 at first he lived with me and my dad and my papaw my entire family knew we was dating then we moved into his dads rental house with my father permision i have been there a year now i had 12 dogs but i had to get rid of all of them but 3 cause three was the limment in my town the police has been called to are home four times now once because we had just moved in and my boyfriend went to the store and i was scared cause it was dark out second and third the came with animal control with a serch warrent cause i had to many dogs which i got rid of all but three and the last time cause the neighbor rep[orted demestic viloence which there wasnt any we was chasing each other around with with a cold water bottle and the neighbor said that they had seen me get my arm shoved in a door and me yeling its over im done my arm was never slammed and i yelled that to call a truse i yelled playfully inside the house but the police walked in the house and because its was dirty they had DHR take me out of the house it wasnt that bad there are 7 rooms in the house and only 2 had dog fecies and urine in them we dont wash dishes dishes endless we have to use them and we had water bottles laying around and it had a bad smellso they took me i am not allowed to have any contact with my boyfriend and dhr said placed me with my aunt and said if they anted to they could keep me till i was 22 and im trying to get out of dhrs custody and go back home with my boyfriend or get it to were my boyfriends mom has custody of me i dont know how the legal system works but i live in alabama and in each state the laws are different so i need answers please help thanks
