International law -- and the President -- Not the ceremonial congress
Now the congress has been given its terms
Accept the terms and keep your ceremonial positions or refuse and you might not keep you ceremonial suggestions only allowed plushy seats with powder puff silk suits
So will they roll over like a good dog and accept the terms of surrender presented to them by a new international law making body authorizing who gets bombed when and how much using US tax payer dollars and soldiers to do it ?
