Tell the adoption agency you want a open adoption and you want it written into the contract. Then they can not back out of it. A completely open one means you get to see the child while a semi open means letters and pics. Make a list of things you want to ask the parents so you don't forget anything. Once you sit there it can be hard to remember. And they would not go through the very long and expensive process of adopting where you have to turn yourself inside out to answer the questions, unless they really wanted a child. They will love a child no matter where it comes from. Don't doubt that. Go through the profiles carefully. Ask the adoption agency if they have someone you can go and talk to about your worry. It's clear it's coming from the fact that you are forced to give the child up and not something you want. You should also have access to this person afterwards.
Also, your situation can change. You are only 7 weeks gone.
Good luck!
