Company A has trade mark XYZ class 005 with description of goods "dietary supplements".

Company B has filed an Apicafiom to register XYZ under class 032 w description carbonated soft drink"

Company A's product is sleeping pills.
Company B's product is simply a grape flavored soda

XYZ is a " merely descriptive " name like 4 hour snooze Ie it describes the product. Can company A and company B both use THID trademark? Are there goods different enough to allow the coexistence of both trademarks ? Thanks
