Traffic law question.?

ok so i got my license and 4 months later i got in a accident and got a ticket. but the ticket was dismissed BUT HERE'S THE QUESTION. when i go back to the dmv to get my FULL license and they ask if i've received a ticket or charge in the past 6months would i say yes or no? because if its dismissed would it be on my record? I live in north carolina btw...

Tell them the truth and let them tell you. Not telling them could make for a bad situation for you.
