Trying to create a wikipedia article, and it says I am copying another website, but the website is copying me?

I'm trying to create an article for my dad's organization. There is a group of people, however, claiming to be that organization and making profits from our trademarked name. They have a website on which they've copied our biography from our facebook fan page. My dad wrote the biography.

I created the article but I don't want it to get removed for trademark infringement and I can't figure out how to contact Wikipedia to confirm that my dad owns the information, so that it doesn't get taken down. What can I do? Or is there someone to contact? I can provide proof of trademark.
