Underage Drinking/smoke Pot At Party

Postby Hesutu » Sat Jun 14, 2014 3:08 am

I found a pictures of my daughter online, who is not 21 yet, drinking and smoking pot from a bong at a party. Other young people as well. Look like an underage party. I believed she still lived with her mother. I do know the mother's address. It is in Northern California. I have no contact with my daughter and mother whatsover.

Can the police or whoever do anything about it if I showed them the pictures and the links?

Is the pictures worth an evidence? If so, who do I reported to? Can I remain anonymous? I dont want to file charges. But welcome them to do file charges or whatever.

Just worried about her safety.

robert,  i am so confused as to why you would want to remain anonymous about your daughter, but that is another issue.  how old is your daughter?  if she is over 17, she is an adult.  so, i am not sure what you are trying to accomplish.  but you can notify the police and she may be arrested or if she is under 16, you can not dfacs or the children services network in north carolina.
