Ok, so this is a very complex issue. Say that a teen and their parents conflict on religion. The teen wishes to brake away from their parents and practice their own religion freely. However the parents claim that they have the right and responsibility to raise them how they see fit. So, the teen challenges them in the court of law. Using the 1st ammendment, 14th ammendment, Article 2 and 36 of the Declaration of Rights in Maryland Code, Mcculluch v Maryland, as well as Title 5, Subtitle 2 of Maryland Family Law to prove that the teen has the right to practice what they belief in no matter what the parents feel?
