We all know the best decisions are made when we are emotional, so when can we finally ban guns?

Emotional Knee Jerk decisions, are generally the best decisions that people make... When can we pass an emotional knee jerk Federal Law to ban those scary guns like the one the Colorado guy used so that only the Criminals and Psychopaths can buy them illegally?

First off guns are legally supposed to be used in self defense. Some people like to take advantage of these devices. First off in the constitution, there is a article about we are allowed to have guns. I believe it would be a bad idea to ban guns. For example, the police would be more defenseless and if one bad apple decides to lets say take someone hostage, how do we bring him down. Sometimes these guns are also used for recreational purposes. I think we shouldn't put a ban on guns, but more restrictions on gun. Firearms are in our Constitution and can protect us. Just one idiot can turn these things into evil and use them for immoral purposes. The only way we can rid of weapons is when human existence doesn't exist anymore. Human nature is and always will be fighting with each other, causing wars. This is usually because of arguments, which we have to have be human.

Guns will not be banned in this country. Most people believe in the 2nd amendment.

However, we do need to do something about semi-automatic assault rifles... no one needs that. If we had better gun control, things would be better.
