How do I get a court order abt my daughter who is due in March, not to take her out of the country?Can an infant have a passport?How do I fight for child custody if I do not have money for a lawyer?I am from Chicago, IL. Where do I call and what do I say in court?

Without even looking it up, I would guess that the law says it's illegal to take children to Pakistan and traffic them, and I would also guess you know that. So...is there more to the story that you want to know about, Linda? Poppet! 14 months ago

oh, wow--you do have quite the story. I hope this works out for you!Were you married to this man? Do you have a divorce attorney? If so, he/she needs to know all of this, and needs to help you. If if no attorney, time to get one! It will cost, of course, but you need some serious legal help and protection. You may also need to contact a women's shelter, also, to help "hide" from the man. if they can't catch them, they can't prosecute them...call women's shelters and tell then your situation and ask them for advice. they should be able to direct you to legal aid. TheLightWorks 14 months ago
