This is too broad of a question I think...I would recommend adding details in what information you seek.
They are VERY strict with investigating, and hold on to their money VERY tightly. You will have to have strong evidence that your workplace caused you harm and inability to work, and MANY dr. records. Hopefully you don't have to claim it, but it's pure hell.
