What are my chances of transferring into NYU Stern?

I am maintaining a 3.9 GPA in Nassau Community College. I have completed courses in Accounting, Statistics, Pre Calculus, Business Law, Business Management, Corporate Finance and English Comp..My Extra Curricular activities are 3 Internships in Finance companies and have AMAZING Letter of Recommendations.. The only issue i have is my 2.7 GPA in High School and a 22 on my ACT's..I can take my ACT'S over again but i hope my HS GPA wont deter the college's decision to accept me.
