What are some shows or movies that depict the police, court and correctional components of the criminal justice system? Force example, Law and Order can be used to discuss the courts.

A good movie to depict the rare, extreme trials officers face is "Brooklyn's Finest"
"Criminal Minds" is a good show for the solving of crimes.
"Southland" is another good cop show.
And, of course, you have NCIS, Law and Order, CSI... Those are some of the common ones.
You have to remember though, what you watch isn't the way things are in real life.
