I've heard of Apple sueing Samsung on many occasions, and now they've pulled The S III from shelves. Apple claims that many of Samsung's smart phones infringe on their patents. Frankly, I think it's complete nonsense, but what are the chances of the phone not being released? This would really help, as I want this phone most. I don't however, want to delay my getting a phone just to find out it will never be released.

the galaxy S III has already been released on AT&T, Sprint & T-Mobile... it will be out on Verzion very shortly.
