Will I get my Samsung Galaxy Nexus?

So recently, I had gotten my HTC Sensation stolen and decided to replace it with an unlocked Galaxy Nexus on T-Mobile. I purchased the phone yesterday (July 2) around noon. So I was wondering, will this phone still ship to me since this whole Apple-Samsung patent dispute has occurred? Because I really need this phone. (And please don't hate on Apple.)
