What are the consequences for a speeding ticket of 95 in a 65 as a juvenile in CA?

I have court in two days and It's for a speeding ticket. I'm 17 and It's my first traffic ticket. The citing officer did not charge me with reckless driving or anything else, just the speeding ticket which was marked as an infraction. Also, I did not receive a notice in the mail like the officer told me would come to inform my parents of my ticket, does this mean my ticket was possibly lost?

No it was not lost, what it means is that you were issued and will have to go to court on the date on the ticket. If you fail to appear an arrest warrant will issue and you will be arrested. You are most likely facing a stiff fine but suspension is not likely.

carinscompare.dgbnetworks.com - compare how the insurance rates would change for your case. You can easily check it online.
