do i plead guilty or not guilty? and what are my options for both?
is my licences going to be put on probation or can i just get traffic school?
i have a friend who got a speeding ticket but her dad talked to officer and all she had to do was traffic school and nothing else happened to her?

Well, I am not sure why you are dealing with this alone or why your parents did not hire a lawyer, but this is what I would do in your position. If you are going to court, you will be asked to go in front of a judge, don't be scared, please, don't be scared, judges are supposed, and usually are, impartial. Ask for a continuance (more time) to hire a traffic attorney. Your case will be reset down the road 5 to 10 weeks and you will appear again, this time with an attorney.

There may be a court appointed attorney you can ask for (not likely in this economy) or you can hire an attorney. A traffic attorney will likely cost you $500 to $1000 but it would be likely that you could get speeding reduced to a non moving violation.

If you were even 5 years older I would tell you to deal with it yourself, but you are so young you should have someone with you.
