What is the solution for child labour due to orphan hood in India? Explain with the articles and blah blah(i MEAN in a LAW point of view)

parents from rural areas feel education demands a lot of money... and they are not willing to sacrifice... they need to be educated that government provides free education to poor children....they want their children to look after their lands or business or whatever.... they think their children don't have the ability to come up in life...and they discourage them... they need to be educated that talents are there in every individual... some children are from broken homes... they are even more prone to child labor.. they need to helped by the society or some organisation...

Solution to what? You have not actually asked a question. "What is the solution" does not identify the problem. You can NEVER find a solution if you don't know what the problem is.
