What can i do about my inlaws?

Well, I moved to a small city to get rid of my loud in laws, there super gutter ghetto! And loud! There puerto rican and just are so umbarable to be around i moved to a city 30 mins away thinking they wouldn't visit, well my hunny moved them in, they have taken over! Really messy, all there stuff is taken over space in the house, nasty! Yelling screaming all the time, there very nasty and do the most trashes stuff you can believe, I never sleep anymore I'm so stressed I haven't eaten, I'm use to calm quiet lifestyle, o and there always digging through my things cause there on drugs real bad! I have no family or friends, so I can't talk to anyone! I don't know what to do I even thought of killing my self just to get away, I can leave for a yr cause the apt is in my name! And my rent is sooo exspensive I will get sued! I feel so lost! My honey yells everytime I mention anything!

tell ur hubby straight it is them or me , give him a couple of weeks to get them relocated or ur having them and him evicted from YOUR HOME .
if he doesn't like it tough u have a life and they are taking the mickey out of u .
in the interim i would stay with a friend .

If the apartment is in your name, you need to tell all three to leave within whatever amount of time that you see fit. Well, this is if you can afford the rent by yourself. You don't have to live with a boyfriend. Cohabitation is not always a very good idea for a relationship.
Also, if he yells at you every time you mention an issue, he is ghetto too. You're seeing them as ghetto but not him b/c love is blind!

Read your lease clause again, most contain hardship notice clauses, if not it may be worth losing some money to save yourself.

Anyone who is not on the lease should be evicted immediately. You were a fool to let them move in.
