What can you do again a credit card judgement?

Credit card judgement brought on by collection lawyer, my sister has redeived a judgennt again he for a credit card by Aspire which is no longer in business, she owed $600. but has been out of work for 2 yrs, They have her scaree to death, se has tried to make deals to pay off but now it is $2300 and want in full what can she do and what can these lawyers really do her?

They can garnish wages, and seize bank accounts for many years into the future then if she thinks the time is past and she gets a good job they can still garnish her wages as they can renew the judgement. Here is a state by state chart and the allowable interest charged.

All they can do is garnish her wages and go after her assets.
She will not go to jail.
If she has no money or assets, there is not much they can do to her, execept completely ruin her credit for years to come.
Employers check credit (in most positions of retail) and it will make it even harder for her to find a job.
