This is BS.

If the ISI was supporting the Naxalites, they'd be armed with state of the art weapons not outdated world war 2 rifles. If the ISI was supporting Naxalites, why do Naxalites risk raiding police depots for outdated arms? If ISI was equipping and supporting Naxalites, each Naxal cadre would b armed better than soldiers. That is obviously not the case. So this assertion is BS.

In an ominous development, Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence has roped in separatist leaders and their sympathizers to make inroads in Naxal ranks in its anti-India strategies after making a failed attempt to enlist the support of the Maoist rebels.
