What do you think my penalties will be?

I was sitting in the passenger seat, we got pulled over for driving on the double yellow line(a minor traffic violation, not enough to get pulled over for). The cop suspected my brother(driver) to be under the influence of marijuana. he got searched and arrested for possession of 4 grams of weed. pulled me out of the car and found 6 grams in the side pocket of the passenger side door. i was arrested for that. this is my second marijuana offence. i am 15 years old. I live in New Hampshire. Will the charges be dropped considering i didn't actually have anything in my possession and we were stopped for an unjust reason? What do you think the penalty will be?

And don't give me any of that **** "punishable for up to 1 year in jail and $2,000 fine" that's not going to happen, it never does.

Okay to be honest i love weed so ill know and my sister is in Criminal justice. U will be chargef with possesion of marajuana cause it was in the car it doesnt matter if it wasnt on u. plus even if u were walking with ur brother and he had two grams of weed u would u would be charged with possesion of marajuana even if u didnt have any on u so u have to be very careful i mean in all u guys will be charged with possesion of ten grams of mj. come on man u need to be careful its a felony what u did so that means . U will have to show up in court. u may spend a few years in a detention center with a big fine considering this is ur second offense. as for ur brother im not sure how old he is. but for u a felony means no financial aid for college so ur gaurdian will have to pay out of pocket for college with no money from the govenment. No one will want to hire a 15 for a job who has a felony on their record. why would they chose u over a kid who has a clean record. sorry not trying to be rude but ur screwed No job no college education unless ur gaurdian will pay out of pocket (which i dout) i mean ur life is kinda set. Im really sorry bro but this is the truth. sorrg bro a felony ruins ur life. I mean when ur dealing with weed u have to be careful like i am ive been smoking for two years and have no criminal record.
