Here's how we end this abuse, by the way:Install body fat tanks next to the public trough. If a person gets dunked and their BMI is below 20%, they move on to the next table, where we prick their finger and have their blood glucose measured. Both of these are cheaper than drug tests. If they can pass both of those, they get to feed. If not, we take their children away. Problem solved! As for the movies? I like this one even better. Require all movie theaters to see a pay stub before allowing admittance. This one costs the taxpayers nothing. I would make a brilliant conservative. Oh - re the question: I think it's a great idea to drug test welfare applicants and recipients. How many companies hire employees without a pre-employment drug test? How many companies don't perform random drug tests? Actually, pre-emp and random drug tests help to provide incentives for an occasional drug user to get clean and stay clean. Want to get a job?
