Newt's an idiot - we all know that. But, I could see a positive or two in it - it would keep the kids off the streets, perhaps out of gangs, and off drugs while those who are not college bound can learn a worthwhile trade by helping the adult janitorial staff. Somebody's gonna have to keep the school's clean in the future. And, it would give the kids some spending money as well.
