What Do You Think? Virginia Legislature Passes "occupy Vagina Law"

Postby Fritz » Sun Feb 09, 2014 8:24 am

http://www.mediaite.com/tv/virginia-legislature-passes-occupy-vagina-law/", the Virginia legislature has come a step closer to rendering the first two syllables of its name a cruel irony, passing a law that would force women who want to get a legal medical procedure to undergo a medically unnecessary vaginal probe. We?re currently in the middle of a perfect storm of assaults on women?s health care that threatens to turn the GOP?s War on Women?s Health into a Democratic Year of the Vagina. What Do You Think? Virginia Legislature Passes "occupy Vagina Law"

I'm a man. I really have no opinion one way or another. The only comment I will make is that any unwanted, involuntary probing of the vagina is rape. Plain and simple.   Flip86 22 months ago

From the link:>Then, the GOP frontrunner?s main financial backer told a joke heard ?round the world that reinforced this authoritarian, paternalistic attitude :from another site: "The largest donor to a pro-Rick Santorum super PAC said in a televised interview on Thursday that women held Bayer aspirin between their knees as a form of contraception in his day."The gals put it between their knees, and it wasn't that costly," Foster Friess said during an interview on MSNBC.He later claimed it was "a joke".Friess apologized for the comment Friday, writing on his blog that people didn't understand it was a joke. "In fact, the only positive comments I got were from folks who remembered it from 50 years back'My comment -50 years back - exactly where the teapers want to drag women.> and the House convened a hearing about the contraceptive mandate whose opening witness panel contained no women.I don't know if I should cry, or shake my head at the outrageousness of this action. A hearing about a contracetive mandate without hearing from the people it will directly effect.WTF? Seriously? And women actually think this is ok? I mean, I can understand the rich good ole buy network that is currently pulling the strings of the GOP puppets, but how on earth could a woman agree? Are they all Stepford wives, with no thoughts in their pretty little heads?   TurboB 22 months ago

What Do You Think? Virginia Legislature Passes "occupy Vagina Law"

What CAN one think? Their insanity continues to build upon itself. Now they are sounding like men from centuries ago who feared the power of women to such an extent, they did everything they could to disempower and subdue them. Attacking the heart of a woman's sexuality is merely an extension of that sad, dark, archaic, demented fear of the male toward the power of women's sexuality. Oh it is veiled behind some ridiculous moral belief about abortion, but should you know what lies seething in their subconscious minds, it is none other than the ancient, scathing insecurity of the male towards the female, and its never ending lust for controlling what it cannot understand. These bumbling fools will go too far and find that even though they are supported by like ignoramuses, there will be far more who find it repulsive, self indulgent, and a revelation of, if there is such a thing as evil, male evil seepage from days gone by.   Skylight 22 months ago
