What happens with a Union when a business changes over to another business, in Ontario, Canada?

What happens with a Union in a change over a business in Ontario, Canada?

in case of workers with casinos in Ontario with OLG
if a group are unionized under OLG with a contract
and OLG sells casino over to a new company, that is private
does the contract and union have to be honoured by company taking over

would the new company be taking on the contract union employees still and still have to honour it as per the Labour Boards and laws

What are our rights on this

The new business inhererits the union, and the union continues representing the workers as the certified bargaining agent of the workers. The new owner has an obligation to bargain with the union as the certified collective bargaining agent per the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
