depends on what state you are in. each state had different laws. for example: in NC it is perfectly legal to drive to a safe place to be pulled. (just got pulled last week and i drove over a mile with the cop behind me just so i can pull into my house!) as far as the other two, most likely you will have to pay a lot of fines, possibly points on your lisence and license suspension. good luck! thats all i can tell you since i dont know what state you are in.Wow u must have ticked off the officer bad. Here in Oklahoma there is a town where if u get stopped and pull off the next pull off for them they give you an extra ticket for failure to control your vehicle. You can only pull off on a tar driveway or public area such as a store parking lot. They also have a hugh change in speed and you do not have time to get the car down to there speed in time.
I have faught many tickets and know there are places that pull this crap. Many of mine where other cars going by my rig and there speed bounced the radar gun and I got the ticket. My truck would only do 64 miles an hour and I was getting a 70 mile an hour ticket as cars where going by me. I would contact the town court house and see it u can get a lowered ticket that you pay the ticket amount and it wont go against your record. I had to do that here in a crooked town called Valley brook. You should google that for some laughs. Even police acadmys use that town for what not to do.
If u go to court they will usually drop the ticket in half. But they know most people can not take a day off from court and people will just pay the ticket. Its getting crooked like this everywhere and I hope theres a state militia out there that will form to fight this crap. Since the fedural government took aways the national guard for them selves the states have lost there consitution right to having there own militia. Even Telephone companys are starting to pull crap. I found that my tailer park has over billed my water bill by 19k gallons beyond the meter. Some one needs to stop this bull.....
