I am an Ivy League educated law student and would appreciate some opinions on what would be a decent pay estimate. I spend my summers during law school studying other fields of law at school, so I am well versed in things besides criminal justice. I do not have a strict speciality, but I am more flexible with my options. I could be a defense attorney, although patent law pays the best. I also studied corporate law, and would like to know what the best route to go pay wise is. Corporate? Patent? Defense? Developing contracts? I wouldn't really have trouble being able to do more than one of these options. My current major is poly science/ criminal justice, but like I said, i have studied others and it wouldn't be a problem to change my major. I am extremely passionate about law, always was a star in debate class in highschool, have a rational mind, sense of justice, and I am a top student in my class at one of the best law schools. I am very determined to get what I want, and to do what I need to. Advice?
