Is it illegal to import (from US) and own one for novelty purposes only?
The item only holds resemblance in the name but everything else on it are newly constructed images that violate no trademark/copyrighted content.

Fake degrees are just pieces of paper. They break no laws.
People who use fake degrees to defraud people are criminals and go to prison.
