Take your average weekly pay. Multiply that by .70

and multiply THAT by 275. That's how much you get, for the total loss of a leg.

275 weeks for loss of an entire leg, for 70% of the average weekly wage, in Oklahoma. Keep in mind, that's not "pain and suffering", and any weeks that you receive pay PRIOR to the settlement, get subtracted from that 275 week figure.

I have no idea. it would seem like a lot. however workers comp does not pay pain and suffering. I just settled my case today for a back injury that is permanant. And basically only got back pay and medical bills paid. good luck
