What is the LEGAL maximum amount of hours a 15 year old can work in a day?

Are there any labor laws that they would be breaking if I worked from 6:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M?

It depends on your state. Also, family businesses, farms, and some other exceptions are out there.

No this is not legal.

Under CO law, you are not allowed to work more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period, and those hours would have you working 10 and a half. Even if you had an hour lunch that's still 9.5 hours.
