Greetings Lee,
Those agencies do ordinarily require a bachelor degree for positions such as field agent or analyst. But I know for a fact that all of those agencies have internal police and security forces who are responsible, for instance, over confirming the credentials of incoming employees and perimeter defense. Such positions require a minimum of a high school diploma. As such you would be quite competitive for the position with additional studies from an associate degree.
Here are links to such positions there:
CIA(this one specifically mentions an associate degree in criminal justice as a credential)

FBIhttp://www.fbijobs.gov/126.asp
NSA(enter police in the keyword)

I do know a man at the CIA who started there as a security protective officer and then on his own time took classes toward a bachelors. He was then able to get a position at the CIA as a clandestine officer. Providing security at these facilities is an important contribution to the overall mission of these agencies. Good luck in your pursuits.
