What kind of lawyer to hire?

My Fiancee got in trouble with the military- marines for popping on his drug test.

My ex boyfriend got in trouble as well in the military- marines for the same thing. They both got kicked out with an OTH discharge.

After my ex got kicked out, he waited a year and hired a lawyer, that lawyer dropped the charges on his record. And this code with the military was changed

My Fiancee is now trying to do the same thing. I am no longer in contact with my ex so I am not able to find out what kind of lawyer he used.

Any suggestions, or expirence from anyone who has done or gone thru this?

Instead of trying to find the lawyer, maybe you should stop hanging out with druggies.

I would personally make calls to whoever I could in the military, explaining the situation and trying to get it resolved. Hiring a lawyer will probably be an expensive solution.
