That would depend what the laws are where you're traveling, wouldn't it...
In some countries, a woman showing her face or legs in public is breaking the law.

Sneak across the border and sign up for college, citizenship for your children as well as a free education for all of you, welfare, free cell phone, voter registration, driver's license....and on and on. . .

Committing any act that is illegal in the country you are in could get you arrested. But I am not aware of any First World country worth going to that will arrest you for an act you committed on another country's soil. China, North Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia... these places may do something, but they are not places that the US advises American citizens to travel in the first place.

Matt and Trey would NOT be prosecuted in Canada for speaking out against or making fun of the Royal Family because they are not Canadian or UK citizens and the comments were not made in Canada or the UK. And because the UK hasn't punished anyone for it since the early 1700's.
