What name should I go with for buisness?

I will hopefully be beginning my accent up the corporate food chain at a law firm in the coming months. My question is if I should use my real name "Isadore" or my nickname "Dory" for greetings - which one do you think will make me more successful? Who would you hire/promote?

Dory sounds very playful and almost child like go with Isadore for work

Dory was the name of the forgetful fish on Finding Nemo. That is what lots of people will think of when they hear that name. Go with Isadore.
