What name should I go with for work? Dory or Isadore?

I will hopefully be beginning my accent up the corporate food chain at a law firm in the coming months. My question is if I should use my real name "Isadore" or my nickname "Dory" for greetings - which one do you think will make me more successful? Who would you hire/promote?
