What percentage do I need to pass my consumer behavior unit?

Postby delron72 » Mon Jun 25, 2012 7:46 am

Coursework throughout the year - worth 50%
Final Exam - worth 50%
Exam Pass (hurdle) percentage - 30%
Overall unit pass - I need 50%

Ok, so I did really well in my coursework throughout the year, I got about 46 out of 50 (92%).
However when it came my exam, I completely crumbled! The exam was out of 70 marks and I know that I can safely say that I got 27 marks right which equals out to be 38%. Thankfully, to pass the exam you only need 30%.
Would I need to have got 38% to pass seeing as though I got 92% on my coursework? I'm confused!

I think you need an overall of 50% to pass which means you needed an 8% to pass so I think you did fine. You should end up with a 65% overall.

Hope this helps
