I. Any and all major crimes shall be punished in the exact or fairest way that is applicable
Examples:

4. Child sex abuse shall result in permanent loss of citizenship to the country and immediate deportation to person’s place or originality at the fee of the abuser. If not financially able, the abuser must serve a 10 year sentence in jail with no parole then be deported to person’s place of originality at the cost of taxpayers.
5. Arson shall result in a fee that is similar to the damage caused by the arson plus a minimum sentence of 2 years with no parole.
6. Rape shall result in a 15 year sentence in jail.
7. All acts of terrorism shall result in death to all conspirators via hanging.
8. Common term “an eye for an eye” is applicable in certain cases to be determined by a group of judges and jurors.
All other crimes shall have their punishment decided by a group of unbiased judges and jurors.
2. Government cannot create on national religion, but rather allow all citizens the privilege to practice any and all religions.
3. Citizens of all ages have the right to free speech without any form of punishment.
4. Without the consent of the owner, soldiers are not allowed to quarter themselves in others living spaces, regardless of war or not.
5. Without a warrant issued by the local court, no house shall be subjected to search and or seizure of property.
6. Convicted criminals being detained are still subjected to all human rights and may not be tortured into confession, and must be provided a public attorney at request.
7. Convicted criminals must be read their “Miranda Rights” before any questioning begins. If police officers fail to meet the requirements, all information gathered from the criminal must be forfeited.

These are the rules I have so far if I ruled a country....Not finished yet, but thoughts?

This list isn't really about politics. It's more like your opinions on what constitutes justice.

4 is not written properly. What if the criminal is originally from your country, where are you going to deport him to? You're assuming that the person is a foreigner.

You've outlined a justice system, not an entire political ideology.

Provide social and economic viewpoints then we can assess which ideology you would most likely fall under.
