servicing death threats, abductions, pre and post election violences, confiscating evidence of election malpractices, unleashing threats of serious violence against citizenry by commanding forces to set explosions and bombings on election day and misappropriating data and overriding the Elections Commission of that sovereign nation to sully the election process? Is it not incorrect to say that Sri Lanka is an ethnic divide when reality is Sri Lanka is deeply divided not
by ethnic lines and minority issues but most importantly on how the government conducts itself? This next move of placing SB Dissanayake in charge of the SLFP that is already in the worls is again going to cause major dissention because SB who has also has a very spotty political career is Rajapaksa's first cousin. We are no closer to inclusive democracy when this is Rajapaksa's plan of action. 300+ key government positions filled by Rajapaksa appointments of his clan, grooming of rajapaksa first cousin to be party leader of what is allegedly construed to be an democratic opposition at SLFP, US citizen Gotabaya Rajapaksa in charge of and unanswerable to anybody on the Sri Lanka security apparatus, further raiding and arresting members of opposition parties, still no access through electronic media,

Sri Lanka is not a legacy to Rajapaksa clan headed by a foreign born 2nd generation Rajapaksa whose own father was stripped of certain privilidge because he was found to be attempting to rewrite history in his family favor. Without the elections being repolled the standard of election practices will not better but worsen, without the reomval of Rajapaksas from the foreign sevice answerable only to their relative and NOT TO THE COUNTRY Sri Lankans will persistently be on the losing end of freedoms and rights both at home and abroad. There is no impartial investigations, inquiry, law, security, order, justice available under the Rajapaksa administration - Sri Lanka is a Democratic Socialist Republic and under Rajapaksa (who has refused to abide by his agreements mainly those that protect the rights of citizens and ONLY protect the outlandishly undue PRIVILIDGES of his family and his cronies) Even the complete ineffeciencies of unions has been created by Rajapaksa himself so his mandates for veteran's administration, social security and any other programmes will continue to be his personal piggy bank hust as the Helping Habantota, With these floating 1 million ballot cards that has been talked about to no end which was reported by myself to the UN weeks ago an alleged election mandate of 1.6 million votes can easily be explcable as less than 600K votes when combined with other malpractices and a 30 percent turnout in the North and East sullied by election day threat of violence by the military under Gothy's control leveling bombs and explosions to deter voter turnout would certainly cut that alleged margin by at least 2/3 if not more. When Rajapaksa is hunting terrorists on one hand and partying with them in foreign locales on the other he is doing no better than the groups that he has punished for doing the same. SB quoting any source just means that that source does not have the freedom to speak to media of their volition. There have been persisent reports of Gothabaya Rajapaksa threatening persons utilizing his own mobile phone with death, injury or severe property damage. Gothabaya was ranked as a luitenant in the army it can be nothing but his want for protection of his family position. A US citizen is using the wire services to threaten persons of death in a foreign country to achieve autocratic rule - the police spokesperson that was contacted regarding the evebts of the office raid had no information on such, just as the Director General of election security had no information on certain transfers prior to elections (which are also in violation of the constitution) REPOLL SRI LANKA
India has been too involved historically and recently in hegemonic interests in Sri Lanka to be a viable partner to partcipate in Sri Lankan nation building. Including a spate of strange occurences up to the very election day. NO THANKS INDIA

There is nothing convincing about explosions and gunfire over waterways in both Sri Lanka and Korea on India's Republic Day (also Sri Lanka elections day) when both the Sri Lanka current president and the Korean President are guests at New Delhi.
