What Regulations Did Pete Rose Split?

I do not believe he smashed any regulations.  He broke the principle Major League Football has against gaming.  This principle was designed to assist in preventing people from "tossing" a game title simply because they had cash bet onto it.  I think this can be a great principle, and even though I actually do like Pete Rose, and also have a  large amount of regard for his achievements, he understood the guidelines, made a decision to dismiss them, and it has to reside using the effects of creating that option.

He was stupid, he knew what he was doing was wrong but he thought he was so smart he could get away with it. I hope they NEVER let him in the Hall of Fame.
