What right does my cable provider have to cut off my viewing of Olympics coverage on NCB, BBC and CBS?

For the entire duration of the Olympics I am forced to watch it on only one channel (exclusive rights). I this act not a breach of my contract and my paid-up monthly subscription? Should I not get a refund? Or can I bring a class action and sue this cable provider? Thousands of fans are disgusted..
