What's More Important, Your Personal Values Or The Well-being Of Your Family?

Postby Brandon » Fri Feb 14, 2014 9:26 pm

I don't think that my personal values will ever come as a hurdle to the well-being of my family! Well, as far as freedom to choosing and setting values is concerned, I demand a highly independent option. PLUS, I can't let my family violate or break my personal beliefs. They can suggest me how they are better than me on certain things and also provide me with different perspectives but should not force or try to overpower my personal set standards.   khajuria 6 months ago

That would depend on which personal values you mean, but usually my family . . . except right now my oldest daughter is testing the boundary on that one.   danielpauldavis 6 months ago

I would personally shoot holes in all my personal beliefs before I let harm come to Mrs Squeeky.   Squeeky-changes-suck 6 months ago

What's More Important, Your Personal Values Or The Well-being Of Your Family?

Postby Manly » Sun Mar 02, 2014 6:31 pm

Depends on how "extended". Does "extended" necessarily insinuate how "close" you are to them? Like if you were raised by your great grandparents they would be "extended" but.. not really. Wish I knew if this was a real or theoretical question.I'd probably go against my own values for my family, yeah. Depending on how close I was to them. Would I rob a bank to feed my kid if it came down it the very last thing I could possibly do after exhausting everything else? I guess so.   avalanchefan95 6 months ago

What's More Important, Your Personal Values Or The Well-being Of Your Family?

Postby Orrin » Wed Mar 12, 2014 6:21 am

My family is an extension of my personal beliefs. That is how I orchestrated my life. My personal beliefs include the safety and well being of my family. There is nothing I would not do to protect them.   Skylight 6 months ago
