What's The Present Situation Using The Conflict In Northern Ireland?

Postby sproule28 » Sun Jan 05, 2014 8:56 pm

Iam carrying out a project for a Peace Studies course at my university on the conflict in Northern Ireland, and I've been getting problems locating sources on the present state-of the conflict. Might anyone have the ability to point me in the best way? I have attempted hunting Lexis-Nexis and many papers but have not had considerably opportunity. Thanks for the help.

What Is The Current Situation With The Conflict In Northern Ireland?

Belfast Telegraph   Irish Times would be the main sites to check, the main thing at the moment is no longerhaving segregated school.   You might also check news from Stormont, which is usually reported on BBC northern Ireland and RTE in the south of Ireland.   Generally speaking, the conflict is over apart from occasional rogue paramilitary groups.  Michael Stone storming Stormont in 2006 was about the worst example.  http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2008/12/08/stone-sentence.html   Hope this helps.
