What's wrong with my phone? What is a PIN code? HELP!!?

Yesterday, I was being stupid on my schoolbus and was trying to see how I could put a passcode pm my phone. Its a samsung and it's blue and black, wide, and a slide up like the blackberry. My dad called customer care and they gave it to Jim. But this morning, my phone goes off and I turn it off. Once I turn it back on, it says pin code, not PUK, but PIN only. I dunno what to do! My friend suggested finding a reset button or using my other sim card( it came with two but I think the other one us for minutes). Please help!! My patents are accusing me of messing with it again, bit I swear on my life I didn't!
