What's wrong with Obama's Healthcare law ?

Can anyone please explain to me what's wrong with this guys Healthcare bill ? How will it backfire on the middle-class ? How will it affect people who only make minimum wage salary, mostly the minority ?
I use to be Democrat, but I'm really not liking most of his policy, because it seems to me he's just trying to get votes to get re-elected, instead of actually saying what he believes will work.

Ex; I don't like his immigration law. I'm Hispanic, but my parents came to this country legally, and I was born here with lots of great benefits. But why does he want to give illegal immigrants citizenship, tuition money, and lots of other beneficial stuffs ? I mean, what about the people who are legally here, and can't find a job... Most illegal immigrants have been taking over many jobs, like factory jobs in NYC, which are overnight. They only get paid about $280 a week, and they get a 45 deduction from taxes and other stuff ( I seen this personally). Not only are they ruining the jobs out here due to the taking whatever kind of wage giving, but they're also asking for more, and more rights. My college already increased tuition, which was 300 dollars more, and Obama wants to help illegal immigrants with college ? How can he help out illegal immigrants coming into the country, when the people in this country are in a bad situation. Isn't he making it easier for more illegal immigrants to keep crossing the border, or come from other countries ?

I don't really like his political agenda at all... To me he seems like a two-face who would do anything to get re-elected. I mean, when I voted for him the first time, was because he had so many great ideas/visions on how to fix our economy and bring back the jobs. Now his party keep saying on the news that there's more jobs, and there actually aren't as many as they say. Plus he doesn't even address the 99% who are protesting in every state, it's like he's not even going to get into that subject at all, and the news doesn't report anything on it at all.

It is not single payer. Capitalism requires the overthrow of middlemen aka insurance companies.

the part people really oppose is that it mandates people buy health insurance which is unconstitutional because the government doesn't have the right to force people to buy anything

Who will pay for it?
We have 3 million people working for cash under the table in LA. Will they be paying IN TO the very system they are using? No. How can that be fair?
Why do people who work & were born and raised here have to foot that bill? I don't get that.
And what happens if all the rich people we keep taxing decide to move? Then where will the money come from?

It gives the government the power to force you to buy a product or service - and then tax you if you refuse to with IRS "penalties" (read "taxes")

What's amazing is Obama's lawyer argued that the Supreme Court should rule this as a tax - (audio clip below) and then Obama is going around now claiming he and his entire staff have never considered it a tax.
