With lag. A LOT OF LAG. Probably can't even run most of them.

I would say your cutting it abit close but im fairly confident that you should be able to run those games without any problems. But be aware you will probably need to run them at lower settings. But try to look up a benchmark of your graphics card and processor to find out how well they perform at games in general.
