What will happen in child support court?

My husband was awarded custody of his son (my step-son) back in 2009. My husband’s ex-wife was ordered to pay $170 a month in child support starting in October 2009. She has 4 kids by 4 guys and doesn’t have custody of any of the kids. She’s been in and out of trouble with the law since 2006. She was arrested in Jan. 2012 for a drug bust. She seems to always have money to buy her drugs and her stuff but never have money to pay her child support that she owes to my stepson. My husband just recently found out she’s supposed to pay $450 a month to her oldest daughter in child support but of course she’s not paying that either. She claims she can’t work because she’s filing for disability because she has asthma and screw in her neck. She’s very clever with getting in and out of trouble and making people feel sorry for her. She’s supposed to go to court next month for her no child support payments towards my stepson. My husband has stuff that she wrote on Facebook that she was helping a past boyfriend with painting and remodeling people’s houses for money and stuff about taking trips to the beach, and casino. My husband has offered to drop the child no child support if she will sign over my stepson but she refuses. Also, the DA that’s going after her for no child support already told her that if she paid at least the $170 a month for June, July, and August they would request 2 years probation or if she didn’t pay they’d request a year in jail, she’s not paid at all.

My questions are:
1) What’s going to happen in court?
2) Will she go to jail?
3) Will the judge fall for her pity party story?
4) If she goes to jail is she still responsible for her child support?

Just a side note, she stopped having any contact with my stepson in October 2011 after a warrant was issued for her arrest for no child support. She just recently went before a judge to regain some visitation back with my stepson. The rules were she had to take weekly drug tests. Her first drug tests she failed for speed and the second drug test she didn’t even show up for it, then her third test she passed, we don’t know the results of her fourth test yet.

Good thing you are not before Judge Judy becaue she would tell you this is absolutely none of YOUR business but between the father and mother. If hubby has full custody and he is willing to do this and that if she gives up her right, he has to right to deny his child the support it is and has been entitled to by the way, then what is the problem?

Get an Atty and then get restraining order or whatever I mean what do you want us to tell you exactly?
