What would happen to you or me if WE were to pick & choose which laws we were going to follow like Obama does?

Obama decides he doesn't want to enforce immigration laws...and doesn't. Leaving AZ to fend for itself while being attacked by Mexico.

Obama has told the Justice Dept. that he is not going to enforce same sex marriage laws.

I don't want to buy Obamacare Health Insurance...what's going to happen to me?

You need to understand that the arrests for violations of the immigration laws have increased under President Obama. For a graph comparing Obama actions to Bush actions see: http://trac.syr.edu/tracreports/bulletins/immigration/monthlynov10/fil/

And Arizona needs to realize that there are a tremendous number of Federal border patrol agents along their Southern border, and crime rates in those cities are among the lowest in the Nation.

As far as DOMA, he didn't state he was not going to stop enforcing the restrictions. He is not going to fight them in Court, but until the final Court decisions, it is still the law of the land. But Congress can certainly enter into the legal proceedings.

And on Health Care Reform, you don't have to purchase insurance from a private company. You may get hit with a penalty for not doing it. But under Health Care Reform, if you have a pre-existing condition, you cannot be denied health insurance. And if you do buy insurance, you may get taxpayer money to assist you. Until health care reform provisions went into effect, insurance companies would do everything in their power to try and deny you individual coverage.

But what should happen if a President authorizes people to be tortured in violation of International Treaties that are binding on the United States, and which the United States has signed, and then brags about the torture? Feel free to ask President Bush that question.

Read the Constitution, enforcement of laws is at the discretion of the Executive Branch and the head of the Executive Branch, Obama. The Constitutional remedy is election, or Impeachment by Congress.

If you don;t want to buy insurance, under the law, you will pay a fine, but their is no "Obamacare Health Insurance" as the law requires you to be covered under private insurance, not a government sold policy. So if you already have insurance from work then you are already covered under the law.

you dounderstand that when you say you don't want Obamacare, that if you have any insurance company you can keep it, right?
You do know that you are saying if you don't have insurance that you don't want any discounts?
Do you even know what you are saying?

How much did Bush stop immigration? and how about the Reagan amnisty?

How about Bush did not adhere to the geneva convention?

Immigration laws are being enforced. Illegal immigration arrests at record levels. Deportations at record levels. Spending on the US Border Patrol way up. Number of US Border Agents at an all time high.

The DOJ recently dropped trying to fight new same sex marriage laws in several states. Nothing at all was said about not enforcing individual state laws.

And under the new health care reform you will be allowed to keep your currently health care coverage if you so choose, or go buy some other private plan. So you are not being forced to do anything.

You know for spin like yours to be effective it at least has to viable and not just mindless rhetoric.

Apparently Obama has decided that he is now the Supreme Court. He is deciding, by himself, what laws are constitutional which is bad enough but then he holds a press conference to announce which laws he will defend. Scary, isn't it? To answer your question, he has decided that if you don't follow the laws he chooses, you are in big trouble.

Not quite as you portray. Obama does enforce immigration laws--check the record, better than under Bush. The DOMA defense is only at the appellate level, not in general. Again, please see some real information. If you don't buy health insurance, please sign an agreement that you will NOT seek any medical care unless you can pay in cash--then you will be fine with the rest of us.

There was a time when I thought you had some credibility, however lately, I am convinced the only purpose you are here is for the attention.
