People should ride bicycles with the direction of traffic. To verify you should contact a local DMV in Indiana., or to a search in google for Indiana traffic law regarding bicycles.

most states consider bicycles the same as motor vehicles and the need to obey traffic laws. drive with traffic

It's not the law, it's common sense.

Always ride with traffic, and walk towards traffic.
